Salesforce Solutions Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Lead to join our team. This role will involve supporting the business in implementing and optimizing client solutions, with a focus on Salesforce, alongside automation platforms such as MCAE, Marketo and HubSpot.

Tasks & Activities

Client Interaction and Support:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements.
  • Support client meetings and workshops as needed.
  • Help address client queries and provide basic support.

Solution Design:

  • Develop technical platform solutions to meet documented client requirements.
  • Document and present these solutions to an internal audience for review and validation.

Configuration and Development:

  • Configure Salesforce features like custom objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Perform basic development tasks using Apex, Flow, and Lightning components under the guidance of a senior team member.
  • Implement pre-defined integrations with other systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Take responsibility for the development and execution of test plans.
  • Conduct unit testing and assist with integration and user acceptance testing.

Training and Documentation:

  • Create comprehensive technical solution documentation, training materials, and guides.
  • Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops for end-users.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop basic reports and dashboards based on predefined requirements.
  • Assist in analysing data and generating reports.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

  • Stay updated with Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and share learnings with the team.

Compliance and Security:

  • Assist in ensuring that solutions comply with industry regulations and security standards.
  • Support the implementation of data security measures and access controls. with administrative tasks related to project management.

Required Skills

  • Certified knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its functionalities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, specifically MCAE, Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in a client-facing environment is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification, within either a Consultant or Developer discipline, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant hands-on role is a must.
  • Experience with MCAE, Marketo, or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Understanding of data management and reporting concepts.
