Effective Management of M&A
M&A activity is often central to a businesses' growth agenda; creating a single operational view is critical but often not straight forward. We have supported many businesses through this process.
Whilst goals are consistent, scenarios vary. Examples include:
- A highly acquisitive global brand creating a centralised ‘blueprint’ environment into which acquired brands were migrated
- Different instances of the same MAP / CRM platform merged to create a single version and create a ‘best of breed’ environment
- Phased migration requiring the design and deployment of a single MAP that, in the short term, had to operate within a multi-CRM environment.
