Our client wanted to create a client preference centre that would improve their customer experience and ensure individuals received information and insights that were relevant to their role, their interests and their relationship with the brand.

Our process captured perspective from different stakeholder groups and informed priorities:

  • The solution allowed for specific language, data privacy and financial regulatory requirements at a country level;
  • Clients could engage direct and via their account manager, in a secure and compliant way
  • Create a single view internally that informed actions of different users across marketing, sales, and customer service

Our solution created a simple web UI that captured relevant and usable data to enhance the Client Experience. It was compliant at a country level, and delivered a consistent view across marketing, sales and CS platforms improving both internal alignment and external experience.
