Our client was unable to tie marketing activity to tangible business outcomes; whilst activity could be reported as ‘successful’ there was no connection to performance against known purpose.

Working closely with marketing and business leaders, we defined a set of marketing performance indicators to which all interventions would be related. Alongside this we designed a lifecycle tracking solution, from awareness to close. This fed a series of CRM dashboards that created pipeline visibility in real time.

Within the first quarter of this approach / solutions being live, marketing were able to demonstrate a significant uplift in engagement and 168% achievement of influenced revenue target.
